Grandstand tickets are digital tickets (QR code at Quentro App – Sambadrome Entrance App).<\/mark><\/strong>
<\/mark>15 days before Carnival parades\u00a0we will contact you by\u00a0Whatsapp +5521 98379-5068<\/strong> to\u00a0proceed with the\u00a0ticket transfering to the customer Quentro app.

Grandstand are 100% digital and we\u00b4ll be sent through Quentro app by Whatsapp.

Front box and Camarotes\u00a0still have Physical\u00a0tickets and need to be picked up during carnival week .<\/strong>To receive the Physical tickets please\u00a0provide the Original\u00a0Identity Document and these Voucher at Copacabana or Barra locations during carnival week.<\/mark>

Copacabana Vila Mar will be still\u00a0available\u00a0in case you need our assistance for Digital Tickets or if you want to get the Gifts.

If you want the gifts you can get them\u00a0at a selected\u00a0location during carnival week (Optional).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellation: 7\u00a0 Calendar days<\/strong> (Brazilian Law)
After you receive the Ticket Rio Voucher, you have 7 calendar days to ask the cancelation for whatever reason and 100% refund will be provided.

After this period until December 31, we charge 30% cancelation fee due the administration process and due time holding the tickets for you for the event and you will receive 70% refund to the original payment.

After December 31, it\u2019s not possible to cancel but you can send us and e-mail and we check the possibility to resell your tickets to another customer and return your money (70% refund).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
