After the purchase:

Our customer service will send the Ticket Rio Voucher to the register e-mail. This voucher is your purchase confirmation and all the orde detail is there. Please bring an photo ID to get your tickets at the select location.

Cancellation: 7  Calendar days (Brazilian Law)
After you receive the Ticket Rio Voucher, you have 7 calendar days to ask the cancelation for whatever reason and 100% refund will be provided.

After this period until December 31, we charge 30% cancelation fee due the administration process and due time holding the tickets for you for the event and you will receive 70% refund to the original payment. After December 31, it’s not possible to cancel but you can send us and e-mail and we check the possibility to sell your tickets to another customer and return your money (70% refund).

– For Digital Tickets – GRANDSTAND and ALLOCATED CHAIR.

CONTATTIAMO TUTTI TRAMITE WHATSAPP 15 to 20 days before Carnival starts to do the Digital Ticket Transfering to Quentro App (sambadrome entrance app). Please inform your whatsapp in the moment of your purchase.
