After the purchase:

Our customer service will send the Ticket Rio Voucher to the register e-mail. This voucher is your purchase confirmation and all the orde detail is there. Please bring an photo ID to get your tickets at the select location.

Cancellation: 7  Calendar days (Brazilian Law)
After you receive the Ticket Rio Voucher, you have 7 calendar days to ask the cancelation for whatever reason and 100% refund will be provided.

After this period until December 31, we charge 30% cancelation fee due the administration process and due time holding the tickets for you for the event and you will receive 80% refund to the original payment. After December 31, it’s not possible to cancel but you can send us and e-mail and we check the possibility to sell your tickets to another customer and return your money (30% fee will also apply).

HOW TO RECEIVE YOUR RIO CARNIVAL SAMBADROME TICKETS:

– For Digital Tickets – GRANDSTAND and ALLOCATED CHAIR.
