On May 13, viradouro released its plot for CARNIVAL DE 2023, the school will tell the saga of Rosa Courana who is considered the first black woman to write a book in the country.

In its social networks, viradouro spoke about the plot: “It is necessary to present stories of characters forgotten by time. We will show you all the petals – and thorns – of this beautiful flower. ‘The Flower of Rio de Janeiro’: Rosa Maria Egipcíaco da Vera Cruz”.

To the website CARNAVALESCO, the president of red and white, Marcelinho Calil, spoke about the plot. "It is fascinating. Tarcísio (Zanon, carnival artist) brought the proposal and we were delighted”, said Calil.
