Terms and Conditions for Acquisition of Packages with Tickets and services for Carnival in Rio de Janeiro - Sambadrome

1.Before finalizing your purchase of any item, please review our terms and conditions of sale. By purchasing any item, you are fully agreeing to our policy.

2.Purchase will be subject to availability of tickets at the time of booking and approval of your credit card by the operator.

3.Our unit prices, in reais (Brazilian currency) are subject to change without notice. Increased demand may lead to reduced supply and occasional promotions.
4.Tickets are sold as part of our service packages.

5.Payment Methods: Deposit, transfer, bank slip and all major credit cards are accepted. In addition, payment can be made through Cielo, PagSeguro and Paypal. In these cases, the terms and conditions must also be considered.

6. No refunds will apply for items that are not picked up or for unused services. We are not responsible for cancellations due to any reason, for example for health, personal or any other reason such as travel or visa restrictions and so on.

7. No refunds will be given under any circumstances, even if the prices online are lower than the prices you paid for an item or service. Values ​​fluctuate according to market supply and demand.

8.Carefully check the order details (event, day, time, quantity and sector) before confirming your purchase. Your ticket is a unique product, that is, after purchase, it will no longer be available for sale and you will not be able to exchange or return the ticket.

9.We reserve the right to upgrade your purchased package. For whatever reason, if the item you purchased is not available for delivery, we guarantee you a better place at no additional cost. You can accept it or not. If not accepted, your purchase will be canceled and the amount paid will be fully refunded.

10.The security of your data is our primary concern. When purchasing on our website, you are protected by PagSeguro, which allows data transmission through an encrypted connection and also the verification of the server's authenticity through digital certificates. Therefore, we do not store your credit card details.



How can I get my ticket?
Voucher: Once full ticket payment is processed, you will receive an e-voucher via email. This voucher must be exchanged for the physical ticket during the period from 02/17 to 02/24 (Serie A and Special Group) and from 02/24 to 02/29 (Champions Parade) of 2020. Opening hours: from 9 am to 6 pm.

Call Center and ticket exchange:

Copacabana, Hotel Vilamar – Rua Bolivar, 75 – Event hall
Barra da Tijuca on Av. das Américas, 700, store 112 L – Shopping Città América, from Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm.

Additional documentation: In case of delivery of tickets to third parties, one of our agents will assist in sending additional documentation that identifies and authorizes the proper delivery: double-sided copy of the card, copy of the holder's identity document, credit authorization signed by the cardholder and signed credit card authorization form. We reserve the right to request any additional documentation from customers for verification purposes. In case of non-presentation of documents, we reserve the right not to deliver the tickets.

Tickets will only be available during Carnival week. This is a security measure adopted by the organization of the event against counterfeiting.

Only children over 5 years old will be admitted and the ticket price is the same.

Tickets for the Elderly, Student or Disabled:

They are sold only by LIESA: Liga Independente das Escolas de Samba do Rio de Janeiro, upon presentation of documents.


TERMS OF PURCHASE AND RECEIPT OF TICKET RIO PACKAGES.

HOW TO BUY/RECEIVE YOUR TICKET.
 

If this is your first purchase Register (create an account);
Search the menu above for the Tickets link and on the tickets page;
Choose the day and sector for the Ticket and click on the buy button;
Cart, in the cart you can change the number of tickets;
Check your details and click on Checkout;
Then make the Identification by typing your registered E-mail and Password;
Check your order and SELECT THE PICK UP PLACE and payment method. PayPal, Pag Seguro or Bank Deposit.

Also pay directly in our physical store up to 6 interest-free installments. Other payment methods: Bank deposit or Boleto Banco Bradesco or BB;
Once your Order is complete, you will receive an automatic email from the store confirming YOUR ORDER with your order number.
 

AFTER PAYMENT VALIDATION, IF YOUR ORDER IS APPROVED, YOU WILL RECEIVE THE TICKET RIO VOUCHER BY E-MAIL to exchange for tickets during Carnival week.


IMPORTANT:
Orders made in the store with payment method by Boleto or Deposit have a period of 48 hours for the first payment, after this period the Ticket returns for sale and there is no more guarantee of the chosen product.

 

INSURANCE:
Analysis of orders/approval and confirmation of purchase (PagSeguro).

The PagSeguro analysis process will take up to 3 business days (and may even be the same day) and consists of a general verification of your registration data. Even if your purchase has already been authorized by the credit card operator, the cadastral analysis still takes place. Your package will be reserved until the end of the review process. If your request is denied, please contact us at atendimento@ticketrio.com.br as we offer other forms of payment.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY / REPENTANCE : 7 calendar days.

After sending the Voucher, purchase cancellation requests are accepted within 7 (seven) calendar days after purchase, regardless of the reason.

After this period, contact customer service to request cancellation and a 20% penalty will be charged on the total purchase price.

 

AFTER YOUR PURCHASE:
Our Customer Service will send the Ticket Rio Voucher by e-mail referring to the Order made with all the purchase information.

This Voucher is your proof of purchase to collect the Ticket. For security reasons and against counterfeiting, tickets are only released for delivery close to Carnival.

 

HOW TO RECEIVE:
- Tickets for Bleachers, Track Chair, Frisas and Cabins: the delivery of the Magnetic Card will be at the pick-up location chosen during Carnival Week.

For collection, it is mandatory to BRING THE RIO TICKET VOUCHER + OFFICIAL IDENTITY WITH PICTURE OF THE BUYER.

We are open every carnival day (including Saturday, Sunday and Monday) from 10 am to 6 pm. All withdrawal information will be on the Voucher.
