Copacabana Hotel VilaMar Hospitality Desk – Open only in the Carnival Week. Address: Hotel VilaMar – Rua Bolivar, 75 Copacabana. Hour: 10h a 18h (including carnival days)

After the purchase:

Our customer service will send the Ticket Rio Voucher to the register e-mail.
This voucher is your purchase confirmation.


Grandstand tickets are digital tickets (QR code at Quentro App – Sambadrome Entrance App).
15 days before Carnival parades we will contact you by Whatsapp +5521 98379-5068 to proceed with the ticket transfering to the customer Quentro app.

Grandstand are 100% digital and we´ll be sent through Quentro app by Whatsapp.

Front box and Camarotes still have Physical tickets and need to be picked up during carnival week .To receive the Physical tickets please provide the Original Identity Document and these Voucher at Copacabana or Barra locations during carnival week.

Copacabana Vila Mar will be still available in case you need our assistance for Digital Tickets or if you want to get the Gifts.

If you want the gifts you can get them at a selected location during carnival week (Optional).

Cancellation: 7  Calendar days (Brazilian Law)
After you receive the Ticket Rio Voucher, you have 7 calendar days to ask the cancelation for whatever reason and 100% refund will be provided.

After this period until December 31, we charge 30% cancelation fee due the administration process and due time holding the tickets for you for the event and you will receive 70% refund to the original payment.

After December 31, it’s not possible to cancel but you can send us and e-mail and we check the possibility to resell your tickets to another customer and return your money (70% refund).

HOW TO RECEIVE YOUR RIO CARNIVAL SAMBADROME TICKETS:

– For Digital Tickets – GRANDSTAND and ALLOCATED CHAIR.
100 % Digital Tickets sent to Quentro Customer app.

WE CONTACT EVERYONE BYWHATSAPP 15 days before Carnival to starts transfering the Digital Ticket to Quentro App (sambadrome entrance app). Please inform your whatsapp in the moment of your purchase. We also have our physical store and Copacabana Vila Mar Holel in case you want to receive your Digital Tickets in person.

Sambadrome Tickets will be available on Carnival Week at selected location.
Please bring your voucher to receive your tickets on Carnival Week at Copacabana Help Desk or Barra da Tijuca Store from 10h to 18h (including every carnival day).
